Single Row Four Point Contact Ball Slewing Bearing (Series Q)
The single-row four pionts contact ball Slewing Bering is composed of two seat-rings.It features compact in design, light in weight, the balls contact with the circular raceway at four points,via which the axial force, radial force and resultant moment may be born simultaneously.It may be used for slewing conveyers, welding operating consoles, light, medium duty cranes, excavators and other engineering machines.
Single row spherical contact slewing bearings are an example of the highest quality standards. It uses precision machining, a highly controlled hardening process, and adequate inspection and qualified materials during the process.
The ball size is typically selected based on the axial and radial loads on the slewing ring.
It has a wide range of applications.
• Suitable for medium to heavy duty, high stiffness and strength applications;
• Three types: internal gear, external gear and gearless version;
• This series is equipped with induction hardened raceways. The gear can provide induction hardened teeth;
• Matching pinions are available for all standard bearings.
